You finish a survey, the Robux land in your balance, and a few days later they are gone again. That is a reversal. It is the most frustrating thing that can happen on any rewards site, and almost always avoidable. This guide explains why it happens and how to complete offers so your Robux stay.
What a reversal is
Offerwalls credit a reward as soon as they register that you finished an offer, so you do not have to wait. Their clients, the companies running the survey or the app, review those completions afterwards. That review can take days and sometimes weeks. When it finds a problem, the client refuses to pay, and the offerwall reverses the reward.
On FarmRBX a reversal takes back the whole reward and shows in your history as a negative amount next to the offer. If you already withdrew those Robux, your balance can go below zero; your next earnings pay it back first, before you can withdraw again.
The most common reasons
- Rushing. Answering far faster than anyone could read the questions ("speeding") is the number one reason surveys are rejected.
- Contradicting yourself. Surveys repeat questions in different words and include check questions; answers that do not match get the whole survey thrown out.
- Untrue profile answers. Saying you are older, live in another country or have a job you do not have, to qualify for more surveys, is exactly what review catches.
- Picking the same answer for every row. Straight-lining a grid of questions looks like you did not read them.
- Nonsense in open questions. Typing random letters or copied text where the survey asks for your opinion.
- A VPN, proxy or shared device. Partners see the network and device an offer came from.
- An app you had installed before. Most app offers are for new users only, on that device.
How to answer surveys so the reward stays
- 1Fill in the profile questions truthfully. They decide which surveys you get, so honest answers mean fewer screen-outs, not more.
- 2Read every question before you answer, including the ones that seem the same as an earlier one.
- 3Answer the way you actually think. There are no right answers in a survey, only consistent ones.
- 4Write a real sentence in open questions, in your own words.
- 5Take the time the survey says it needs. A 10-minute survey finished in 2 minutes will not pay.
- 6If you are screened out, move on to another survey instead of retrying with different answers.
A good rule: answer every survey as if someone will read your answers. Someone often does.
How to complete app and game offers
- Install through the offerwall link and open the app from there, so the partner can see the install came from you.
- Use the same device for the whole offer, and do not use a VPN.
- Keep the app installed and keep playing until the offer has credited; uninstalling right after a milestone can cancel it.
- Take a screenshot when you reach each goal, with the time visible.
What happens on FarmRBX after a reversal
After a reversal, the next time you open that offerwall you are asked to confirm that you will answer honestly and give true information. If too many of your rewards on the same offerwall are reversed, that offerwall is switched off for your account. You can still use the other walls, and our Discord support can look at your account if you think something went wrong.
Some survey walls also open only after you have earned a set amount on the other walls. That keeps those surveys for players who already complete offers properly.
Why it matters to everyone
Survey partners pay for real opinions. When too many answers from one site are low quality, a partner can pause that whole site, and then nobody on it can earn from that partner until it is resolved. Careful answers keep the best-paying walls open for you and for every other player.
